All classes must be booked in advance via Momence. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
For the consideration of instructors, other clients, and your own safety, late entry to class is strictly prohibited 5 minutes after the class has begun. In the case of a waitlisted class your spot will not be held after set class time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for check-in. No refunds or compensation will be offered for denied entry due to lateness.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for services or products due to change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. However, Studio Fondue understands you may need to pause your membership for the below reasons (minimum 10 days, maximum 1 month):
Studio Fondue has limited class space, therefore we have a strict cancellation policy for all studio classes.
All class passes have an expiry date from the date of purchase. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused classes expire with the pass.
Monthly passes must begin within 3 days of purchase. This pass runs continuously from the start date to the monthly end date.
Monthly memberships auto-renew on the billing date. To cancel, please provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date. Memberships are non-refundable for the current billing period.
Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Studio Fondue reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Existing passes and memberships will honour the price at time of purchase.
Grip socks are required to be worn in all Reformer classes, no bare feet are allowed on the carriage for hygiene reasons as both your hands and feet are in the Reformer Straps, they also reduce slipping. We have grippy socks available to purchase in the studio.
While we provide pigeon holes for storing valuables, Studio Fondue is not responsible for the safekeeping of clients’ belongings while on the premises.
The minimum age to attend classes at Studio Fondue is 16 years old unless approval is gained by management.
Unfortunately we are unable to have children and dogs in the reception whilst you are attending a class.
By booking a class, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please inform your instructor before class.
Studio Fondue reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.
It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any injuries or pregnancy before class begins.
Participation in all classes is at your own risk. Studio Fondue, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of attending classes.
Studio Fondue is not responsible for personal belongings left in the studio. Please take all valuables with you.
We collect personal information (name, email, phone) for booking and communication purposes only. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
By subscribing to our newsletter or making a booking, you consent to receiving occasional communications from Studio Fondue. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Classes at Studio Fondue are physically strenuous. By attending these classes you acknowledge and confirm there may be a risk of personal injury, property damage or death. You also agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make other claims of any kind what so ever against Studio Fondue or its directors, officers, employees, consultants, instructors or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Studio Fondue reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
