Blending ballet-inspired movement with Pilates control, Barre Burn delivers sculpting sequences that target those beautiful little muscles that make a big impact. Props, pulsing, and posture-driven fire — you'll lengthen, strengthen, and refine with every rep.

Borrows the precision and posture of ballet and layers it with Pilates control and core activation. You get length and strength in equal measure.
